Marketing Your home

Your home will sell more quickly if we work as team when marketing your home. This means there are things that I will do a your agent, and things I expect you to do as the client.

I will Personally

  1. Input your listing to MLS.
  2. Install a professional, recognized sign.
  3. Provide information fliers.
  4. Give pricing guidance.
  5. Conduct a video tour.
  6. Begin extensive online promotion.
  7. Give feedback on showings.
  8. Review contracts and represent you in negotiations.
  9. Give guidance in staging your property.
  10. Provide professional photography.
  11. Send your neighborhood "Just Listed" fliers of your home.
  12. Host open houses.
  13. Create a home book showcasing additional info for our showings.
  14. Target my marketing to those in my database looking for a home in your price range & area.
  15. Provide you with weekly updates including comments from our showings from agents and buyers.

I Need You to

  1. Complete all repairs and cleaning.
  2. “Stage” your home to be appealing.
  3. Hide valuables, prescriptions, guns, etc.
  4. Keep marketing information out for prospective buyers.
  5. Call me if material is depleted.
  6. Leave premises for showings.
  7. Call me with any questions.
  8. Refer friends and acquaintances who might be interested in your property.
  9. Refuse to discuss terms with prospective buyers or their agents.
