Raised on the banks of False River in New Roads, Louisiana, Realtor Sam Guidroz has always possessed the passion and heart to serve others. Sam also developed a strong desire for business as a teenager when he made investments to launch two successful small businesses in his hometown. His drive and motivation have not slowed down. Shortly after graduating from high school, Sam felt compelled to join the United States Navy—where he was awarded Sailor of the Year at his command in 2019 and later received an honorable discharge after five years of service in 2021. 

During his time in the Navy as a marine propulsion technician, Sam also attended Purdue University where he majored in Business Administration (B.S.) with a focus in Project Management. Sam’s experiences and interactions with numerous cultures throughout his career have enabled him to understand how to meet the needs and expectations of his clients. Maintaining ethical standards and providing satisfactory results to his clients remain Sam’s top priorities as a realtor. His passion for assisting others has only grown stronger since his time in the military.

Sam’s keen attention to detail coupled with his outgoing and welcoming personality is evident in everything he is a part of, both personally and professionally. When Sam is not working or studying, you are likely to find him spending time with his family and friends on False River, fishing in Plaquemines Parish, or playing a game of basketball in Port Allen with his old man. Sam is excited to meet prospective clients and put them first in all that he does!
