Born and raised just outside of Baton Rouge, Jennifer Hebert has built her life and career around serving the community she proudly calls home. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing in 2008. Her professional background includes extensive experience in sales, customer service, and management, including serving as the office manager of a plastic surgery practice and director of a fitness and recreation center.

In 2016, Jennifer followed her calling into real estate, combining her business expertise with her natural heart for service. Since then, she has become one of the most respected and engaged professionals in the Baton Rouge market. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the full real estate transaction lifecycle — working closely with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title attorneys, and fellow REALTORS® to ensure seamless closings

In 2024, Jennifer earned her Louisiana Broker’s license and was promoted to Associate Broker at Pennant Real Estate. Her commitment to professionalism and ethical practice extends far beyond her individual business. She is deeply involved in leadership at both the local and state levels.

Jennifer serves as the 2026 President of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® (GBRAR) and is a member of both the GBRAR and Louisiana REALTORS® Boards of Directors. She has held key committee roles including Professional Standards, Risk Management, Professional Development, Community Relations, Realtor Expo, MLS Committee, and ROAM MLS Operations Committee. As Chair of Risk Management, she led efforts to develop and revise compliance documents and standardized forms to align with evolving settlement practices.

An accomplished educator, Jennifer has authored and co-authored multiple continuing education courses covering real estate forms, addenda, employment contracts, purchase agreements, agency relationships, and advanced negotiation strategies. She regularly instructs these courses, equipping both new and seasoned licensees with current legal knowledge, regulatory guidance, and real-world application.

Jennifer holds numerous professional designations including:
RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), At Home With Diversity, e-PRO, C2EX, and Short Sales & Foreclosure Certification.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is actively involved in the Baton Rouge community through organizations such as Junior League of Baton Rouge, Blue-Ribbon Soiree, One-Man Shoot, St. George Auction, and Knockout MS.

Jennifer believes deeply in the meaning of home, guided by the words of Maya Angelou:
